I’m Maria Poveromo and I’m the Founder of Elevate Communications and Executive Coaching, where I advise senior leaders on communications strategy and leadership effectiveness.

Before launching my firm, I spent my career inside global technology companies - most recently as a Chief Communications Officer - partnering closely with CEOs and executive teams through periods of transformation, growth, and heightened visibility.

I’ve had the privilege of leading and advising communications at companies including Cisco, IBM, and Adobe, navigating everything from organizational change and leadership transitions to complex external and internal moments that demand clarity and trust.
